About SleekLofts
Six studios and apartments in Poblats Maritims, Valencia. Family-run since 2024. Built around the idea that modern, responsible hospitality and genuine value are not mutually exclusive.
The story
SleekLofts launched in 2024 with a single building at Calle Manuel Andrés 19, in the Poblats Maritims district of Valencia, with a straightforward ambition: offer the kind of accommodation that people actually want, at a price that makes sense.
The building was completely renovated from the ground up. Not cosmetically — structurally. New insulation, new installations, new everything. The result is six apartments that feel modern and well-maintained because they are, not because they've been freshly painted over something old.
The business is family-run, but we operate it with the consistency and professionalism of a company: defined standards across every apartment, reliable communication, and systems that work without needing a human to intervene at every step.
We invest in technology where it directly benefits guests, not as a gimmick, but because it produces a better experience. Mesh Wi-Fi means no dead spots. Heat-pump A/C means comfortable temperatures year-round. Self check-in means you arrive on your schedule, not ours.
What makes the difference
Most of these things are invisible until they're missing. We'd rather you take them for granted.
100% Green Electricity
Our energy supply is certified 100% renewable. Solar panels on the building cover roughly 40–50% of total consumption. The rest comes from certified green sources.
Fully Electrified
No gas in the building. Induction cooktops, electric boilers, heat-pump A/C units. Cleaner, safer, more efficient, and better for the environment.
Heat-Pump Climate Control
Every apartment has an A/C unit with heat pump: full climate control year-round, not just summer cooling. Efficient heating in winter, cool air in summer.
Mesh Wi-Fi
We use a mesh network rather than a single router. Fast, stable internet in every corner of every apartment. No dead spots, no buffering.
Self Check-in & Check-out
Secure keybox outside your apartment. Arrive when you want, leave when you want. No waiting for someone to hand you keys, no rigid check-in windows.
Shared Laundry Access
All guests have access to the building's laundry area. Pack lighter. Wash during your stay. It changes how you travel.
On space and practicality
Most of our apartments are compact by square-metre count. We're not going to pretend otherwise. But compact and cramped are different things, and the difference is in how a space is designed and fitted out.
Every kitchen is fully equipped. Every bathroom is private. Storage is thoughtful. Nothing is stuck in a corner because there was nowhere else to put it. The exception is Penthouse 2A, genuinely spacious at 65m², with two separate bedrooms and a large private terrace.
If you're a couple staying for a week, a well-designed 25m2 studio with a real kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a washing machine available is more useful than a bigger hotel room with none of those things.
